Luxury Travel Concierge, Client Experience
Luxe Recess — a leading luxury family travel magazine and agency — is expanding its team. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, hospitality-minded professional to join us as a concierge and client experience manager. If you love the world of high-end travel and would take pride in making every client feel like a VIP before they’ve even left home, this role was designed for you.
This is a part-time position starting at 12 hours per week. While the position is mostly remote, preference will be given to those who can train and visit the Westwood, MA offices on a monthly basis. If you do not live within this area but still possess excellent skills we are seeking, we encourage you to apply.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Send pre-arrival communications to the world’s leading hotels and resorts, ensuring our clients receive a personalized, VIP welcome from the moment their reservation is confirmed.
– Send pre-travel communications to our clients.
– Book accommodations and ancillary trip components with precision and care
– Assist our travel designers in making polished, detailed itineraries using best-in-class industry software, tailored to the individual style and preferences of each family we serve.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Precision & Poise: Exceptional organization and an eye for detail.
– You’re adept at juggling multiple projects under real deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
– Problem solving: The ability solve problems and proactively find solutions
– A client or a hotel has presented an issue about a reservation, and your first response isn’t “I don’t know what to do,” it’s “How can I figure this out?”
– Love for the hospitality industry. We find that enjoying vacations are not a relevant skill for this industry because it is ultimately a service role to please clients.
– You bring real curiosity about the world’s great destinations, hotels, and experiences — and you’re eager to keep learning.
– Digital Fluency: Comfort with Mac-based systems, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets is required.
– Familiarity with travel booking platforms, CRMs, or other organizational databases from other industries is a distinct advantage.
